1. Top talent development programmes
Usually run over 3-6 months this type of programme is for your shining stars. Talent from all areas of the business can attend, those that show great potential and are likely to be future leaders of the business are usually chosen.
This is run as a 3-part programme:
a) Self Development
Modules include: Learning to learn, challenging beliefs, understanding drivers, what makes you tick (are you visual, auditory or kinaesthetic), setting meaningful goals, using positive language, finding your voice.
b) Communication with Others
Modules include: Building rapport, active listening, giving feedback, influencing others, being a team player, being assertive, managing emotions, understanding others perspectives.
c) Business Skills
Modules include: Powerful presenting, pitching to win, negotiating, leadership skills, managing people, achieving gravitas, time management and organisation.
2. Specific Area Training
These are trainings focused on gaining skills and practice in a particular area and are usually run across one or two days. Areas include:
Presenting with Jedi Magic
Modules include: Right Brain writing, Shape and Structure, Taking Control, Connecting with the Audience.
Modules include: Definition of a dream manager, personal behavioural styles (using DOPE test), how to get the most out of others, the full Monty manager.
Modules include: Leadership styles, behavioural styles, neurological levels as drivers, understanding company values, defining the ‘way’ of the business
